This is a late 1800's Victorian children's book titled "Sunshine and Rain" published by Dodd, Mead & Co. in New York. The book is illustrated by multiple illustrators and is a 1st edition. It features many stories, fairy tales and prose, written by multiple authors, and is in English. The book is personalized, not signed, and includes cloth binding.

No actual date listed, but should be mid to late 1800's?  Beautiful cover picture, and book is loaded with engravings/wood block illustrations and prints, all black and white,  many of which are frameable. Book is well over 100 years old, but is still very readable, or could be used for display purposes.

The book is coming from the estate of a childrens book lover, and is being sold in "as is" condition, no exchanges or returns. I have tried to photograph and explain any defects that I have seen. Please let me know if you have any questions.
