We plugged it in. It loads and unloads tapes fine. Hit play and the tape counter advances. We lack the cables and TV that this can connect to, so we can not sell as 100% working. Front door that protects the inputs on the front lower right is there and slides over to the closed position just fine. 

Case is in very good condition as pictured.
