Offered is a Vintage Popeye Whistle & Lite and this vintage toy is MINT on it's original card!  This "New Old Stock" toy features a plastic flashlight and whistle combination.  It's copyrighted 1996 King Feature Syndicate Inc, TM The Hearst Corporation.  It's made by JA-RU,  The card features a great graphic of Popeye shining the flashlight on Wimpy who of course is caught eating a hamburger!  Sweet Pea is also on the card.  The card measures 6" x 9".  The card is nice but it does have some bending to it and some corner bend.  A nice, vintage Popeye item to add t  your collection.
