Shipping & Handling - USPS has increased their postage yet again.   A 6 x 9 x 1 weighing under 4 oz  is estimated $4.88 (depending on where the item is being shipped)with tracking number, weight, size of package and destination determines shipping cost.  Additionally I have been using shipping insurance at the cost of $1.70 with the postal service issues and thefts.
