For setting proper rocker angles after decking the head/block, or when using small base circle cams.

After the length has been properly adjusted, cleaned and column has been deburred apply Loctite and press the end in to seat it.

Using the pushrod end of a couple of lifters during assembly will help eliminate any damage when pressing them together.
