This skirt is so fun! It has all the 90s and early 2000s vibes. It's a sweater skirt, but lightweight, with side slits, cargo pocket on one side, and hoodie kangaroo pocket in the front. It's a drawstring waist. This is so fun to style!

Good used condition. There is a spot where the threads are loose - see photos. But overall good vintage condition. Size large. Measurements are approximate and from laying flat:
