Cleaning:

For dry cleaning, simply shake the product outdoors or vacuum with a vacuum cleaner.

For wet cleaning, lather the product with water and detergent, then rinse. Dry quickly by tumble drying, hanging on a hanger, or rolling.

To prevent breakage of the sponge, avoid folding the product.

This is not an OEM product. It is a compatible aftermarket product.

Shipping Policy

Shipments are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey, via airline. Shipments are prepared and delivered to the courier company within 1-2 business days. International shipments are delivered by the courier company within 5-10 business days. We ship using DDP. We cover customs duties and tariffs.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. For this reason, please carefully review the return policy we have created in order to minimize the return process; Products are shipped from Türkiye. For this reason, international shipping fees are different and more costly than domestic shipments. These fees increase according to the package size and weight of the shipments and are covered by us. Since our shipping agreement is only from Türkiye, we provide reasonable shipping agreements, but these agreements do not occur for shipments from other countries and high-cost return shipping fees arise. To prevent this, please review the information below!

The dimensions of our products, assembly-compatibility, material and cleaning information are clearly stated in the product information, descriptions and images. Before placing an order, you must check its suitability for your vehicle. It is the buyer's responsibility to check this information and place an order. If the buyer is sure that the product will fit, they should place an order. They can request additional information, images and videos about the product via message.

If you are not satisfied with the product, the return shipping fee is covered by the BUYER in the return requests created. You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

After the return approval, the product must be sent to us in its original packaging and complete.

The refund will be made within 5 business days after the product reaches us.

If the product is damaged, missing or sent differently to the buyer by us, all return costs will be covered by us.

This return policy is deemed to be mutually accepted for the products ordered.
