Warranty: 365 days return to base hardware warranty. Warranty void with product modification or any physical damage. Any software or system error is not covered under warranty. Any consumable e.g., Optical Drives, Lithium Battery, Power Adaptor, etc are not covered under warranty.
Additional Return Policy: Return accepted only if the product has hardware fault (Within 30 days from receipt of the product) or dead on arrival (Within 48 hours from receipt of the product). Return is not accepted in case of Change of mind, wrong item purchase, tempered with security seal, any hardware modification or any physical damage done by buyer. All desktop PC are tagged with security seal. Don't remove security seal during warranty period. Buyer pay one way return shipping for any return or 2 way shipping for any warranty return.
