Too Faced Diamond Light Multi-Use Diamond Fire Highlighter is a very cool-toned, very light white with a luminous finish. It is a permanent highlighter that retails for $34.00 and contains 0.42 oz.
Too Faced Diamond Light Multi-Use Diamond Fire Highlighter is a bright, iridescent white with a luminous sheen sheen. It shifted between cooler blue and cooler violet and had a slightly buildable luminosity--one or two layers was subtle, more pearlescent in finish, and two to three layers yielded a more metallic, shinier finish.
The consistency was smooth to the touch, but it was a denser firm, which meant no excess product kicked up when used with a brush, but I was still able to pickup product with my brush easily.
The powder was finely-milled, flattering on the skin as it did not emphasize my skin's natural texture, and blendable. It had opaque color coverage that lasted for nine hours on me.
