Gatefold sleeve

Hong Kong edition with heavy cardboard gatefold sleeve. Inner sleeves common to most other releases were replaced by two black and white printed sheets, with an additional sheet with lyrics on one side, the other side blank. Rear of sleeve lists Sides 1, 2, 3 and 4, whereas labels are Sides A, B, A and B.
