SHIPPING TIMES

Items ship via UPS ground to continental US. The transit times below apply to UPS ground shipping only. Some smaller items may ship via USPS.

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

POLICIES

• No international bidders for this item, USA and Canadian bidders only.
• Free shipping are for 48 lower states only. If you are in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico please contact us for a shipping quote.
• If you are paying by credit card, we will ship only to your billing address or another address that is authorized by your credit card company.
• If you are using PayPal, your shipping address and PayPal account must be confirmed/verified.
• If you have recent negative feedback you must email us before you bid.
• NYS residents and residents of other states with 3rd party marketplace tax laws will be charged sales tax.
• Item must be returned within 30 Days from delivery date.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable, including our actual original shipping costs included in free shipping offers. Buyer must contact us by phone or email for return authorization.
• All returns must be in original, undamaged, new condition and include all warranty cards, literature, packaging, etc.

RETURNS

We want you to love the gear that you've purchased from us! Our return policy offers 14 days to initiate a return, effective the day you receive your item so you can make sure it's perfect for you. The item must be returned in the same condition that was delivered. For any returns, other then non- disclosure related issues, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the item was sold with "free shipping", the shipping and handling charges incured from the initial outbound shipment will be deducted from the refund.
