Ⅴ. Operation instruction

a) Place the equipment on level worktable, put the sensor frame, and plug it into sensor block on the back of the instruments

b) Fill a liquid container in the instrument, and set the sensor in the heated liquid.

c) Use the same voltage as the machine required, and then the instrument’s screen will display the temperature of the liquid.

d) Set temperature: after press “S” ,the green button “Set” indicator light, the screen display the set temperature, and press the arrow keys to select the temperature you want to use. After setting temperature, press “S” to display the actual temperature.

e) When heated the red indicator light, lights off when not heated.

f) When temperature rose to the set temperature at the first time, it may be washed for few degrees; it will stabilize down when the temperature came down.

g) Stirring adjust: Adjust the stirring speed by turn the knob clockwise.

Ⅵ. Safety attentions

Connect the device to an earthed power supply to ensure safety of machine and experiment; connect the power as the machine required.

Thisequipment is forbid to use in inflammable and explosive, poisonous and strong corrosive experiments.

Make sure horizontal installation.

Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble and repair this machine.

Pay attention to the set temperature while dealing with the inflammable matters.

Make sure dry the resin container, if the temperature is setting too high by accident, the container would be dissolved and then fall on the heater to cause fire.

Overfilled of sample will lead to overheat of working room under parts, which will dissolve the inflammable material and cause fire.

While the machine is working, don’t touch the top, window and exhaust port of the device to protect from high-temperature burns.pan

1. Because of the surface of heat insulation material is coated with grease, in the first used shall first heat except when heating oil, will appear white smoke, shut off the power after heating to smokeless, when the temperature come down, it can normal use
2. When use the instrument should pour the liquid into the container firstly, and then put in the instrument to use.
