Brand new and sealed. I only took 1 open for pictures which I use myself and works as normal. All of the others listed for sale are sealed which include the Whoop 3.0, charger dock, charging cable, and strap. No licenses or subscriptions are included with the Whoop 3.0. As this is the older model, it is listed for less. 

From what I can tell, Whoop 3.0 is no longer supported since the new Whoop 4.0 has been released. but it does work normally. That's why it's listed for cheaper. Please do your own research before purchasing as this is Sold As-Is, with No Returns.
