African American Ornament Black Girl Holding Wreath by Kurt Adler Flawed

Good preowned condition. One of her little fingers is broken off (see pictures). Beautiful big round eyed child holding a wreath. I have been unable to find anything out about this ornament or the other two I have available …such as year they were made, if they were a yearly collection etc. Made out of a sturdy resin composite. Not super heavy like ceramic but certainly not cheap plastic. Nice piece.
