This is a Turks & Caicos Islands Cover.  It was sent from Salt Bay, which is RARE to see, to Gollaway Beach, Sydney Australia on 9/6/1930.

It was sent with three stamps as postage.  Two of them are SG 163, the 1/2d Green.  The other one is SG 164, the 1d Brown!  They are valued on cover at L40+

This is truly a lovely cover for a Turks and Caicos collection!
