This listing is for 10 unused pcs of CY7C185-25PC static ram  SRAM.  These will work in all applications that call for a 64K 8Kx8, 28 pin slimline (300mil) ram that needs to be 25 nanosecond (-25) or slower.   These are unused working parts from the factory tubes, they are NOT pulls. These are all in my own stock here in the USA.   We do not sell counterfeit Chinese Junk.
