Listing is for one of the photodiodes shown. If you buy both, the second one ships free.

From the Internet:

This is an ITT model 4000 (S5) vacuum biplanar phototube for applications that require fast response monitoring of high intensity radiation. With a rise time of less than 500 picoseconds, detailed examination across nine orders of magnitude can be made in the gigahertz range. When paired with an appropriate scintillator, the F4000 is well suited to monitoring short bursts of gamma radiation.

Thanks for looking at my items. Feel free to ask any questions!

More than 90% of the time, I ship within 48 hours of receiving payment, but because I am sometimes out of town, all my listings have an extended shipping / handling time. If this will be a problem, please contact me before buying, and I will tell you how soon it can be shipped.

Most of my items are lab or industrial surplus, and I am not the original owner. I do my best to inspect and describe everything well, but on rare occasions, I miss something. I always work out satisfactory resolutions of those cases.

Items sold for Parts/Repair may not ship with power cords, and may have problems or missing parts that I am unaware of, and did not describe in the listing.

Domestic shipping prices quoted are for the contiguous United States. International shipping is generally quoted by Ebay International Shipping. For shipping costs in the non-contiguous USA, or other international shipping options, contact me in advance for an accurate shipping quote.
