This type of plastic item was found in dime stores or your local Bakery and was put on cupcakes around the Holidays.

This looks like it is from the 1960s or early 1970s

This is a Cupcake decoration and are unused and in excellent condition, would use as a display only, as they are older items and not sure food safe now. ++ These are molded plastic and colors will vary a little, as we have a few pairs.

These are about 3" inches high including the stick.**
