Pairing Guidelines:

  • Cancel AirPods Bluetooth pairing
  • Plug the charge case with power source
  • Put in the new earbud and wait for 30-60 minutes
  • Press and hold the button on back of the charge case and wait for it to flash white
  • Connect your phone to AirPods

Tips:Due to possible differences in headset versions, if the earbud cannot be successfully paired according to the above steps, please try to charge 2 erbuds for 24 hours and pair the them again.

You can use the model number of your AirPods to find out which generation of AirPods you have.



Look in Settings:

1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.*

2. Find your AirPods in the list (for example, "John's AirPods"). 

3. Tap the More Info button next to your AirPods, and you'll see the model number.
