The item is in "As New" condition with very minimal signs of use (except that only right side is working) and complete with all accessories. It comes with complete accessories. Manual may not include but we could help you find manual online if request.

The box will be repacked by the seller in its retail box or another box. Box may have some tatty and imperfection due to bulk packaging supplied.

JBuds Air ANC features 10+ hours of wireless playtime in each earbud and 30+ additional hours from the charging case. That’s 40+ total hours of Bluetooth 5.2 playtime. Plus, use ANC to tune out even more and you’ll get 24+ total hours of ANC playtime.

E-cheques: PayPal also offers the opportunity to pay by E-Cheque. Please note this method of payment can take up to 14 days to clear. We will not post your item(s) until payment has cleared.
We will dispatch the item to the postal address in your account within 1 working day after the payment is cleared. If you need to post to other address please contact us before the order has dispatched.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an email will be sent to confirm that it's on its way. From that time we would expect you to receive your order within 2-5 working for standard deliveries within the mainland UK.

All couriers claim the collections and deliveries are NOT guaranteed. The success rate is between 94%-98%. We will dispatch as we have promised but collections and deliveries by couriers are not in our control so we hope our customers would understand this situation before their purchase commitments.

For orders to these locations, we may contact you for extra postage or cancel the order.
All items cover for damage in transit or death on arrival. In such case, please contact us and we will pay postage for return or arrange courier collection in case the item is bulky.

For the change of mind and warranty claim, we will not offer the return postage.

Please contact us before returning to issue RMA number so we can process the return. We advise you to use recorded delivery for return. We will not be liable for lost of the item in transit during the return. Items need to be packed for transit and make sure all the accessories are included in the return.

Refund will be issued within 2-3 working days of receipt of the returned item.
In case you haven’t got the parcel in the suggested time at the checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to track the item for you.
