Needs a little cleaning up but other than that.....
Logo on the Knife is date 1821-1854 used with these makers marks for Joseph Elliot & Son in Shefield England
Knife still sharp is branded on one side with what I believe could be a sterling collar but it is unmarked so it might be silver-plate - The brass end piece has a number R 110056 which look to be matching on the carving fork too.
The fork does have a stand that pops up and works without issues. Matching collar and brass end piece with the number on the brass end piece.
