Kit Contains:
1x PCB
1x VGA PCB socket.
1x 100 ohm resistor.
2x 68 ohm resistor
1x 1n4001 diode
2x 20 way 2.54mm socket
1x Mini USB power socket SMT PCB mount (now pre-soldered for you)
1x Micro SD card reader

You also need a Pico 1 or 2, a micro SD card FAT32, 5v 1a Mini USB power adapter, USB hub/keyboard/mouse.

Comes with a link to a download that has separate UF2 firmware files for Pico 1 and Pico 2 boards, and a 40mb disc image you can drop onto a Micro SD card (includes Psion Chess, Think Pascal, Mac Draw, Mac Write, Missile Command and numerous other games, all with save options). This build is the 208k version. We provide a zip file of a MiniVMac Mac Plus emulator for Windows 10/11 that can read/write the SD card, for adding new software from the vintage Macintosh Garden website.

If you don't insert a Micro SD card, the firmware boots from a built-in read-only 800k disc image instead.

Download now includes updated VGA 640x480 UF2 files, useful if you're driving an LCD panel like the one shown in the photos.

We also have in our eBay shop previous versions of the PicoMac compatible PCB without the SD card, in PCB only, self assembly and pre-built, at discounted prices.
