Anti-Corrosion Petroleum Tape
This cold-applied petrolatum tape provides long-term corrosion and weathering protection for pipework, cables, valves, and tanks in above-ground, buried, and marine environments. The non-toxic, non-hardening synthetic fabric carrier easily moulds to irregular profiles and accommodates extreme movement without splitting. It offers a waterproof, highly conformable seal that is highly resistant to mineral acids, alkalis, and salts.
Application & Availability
Available Widths: 50mm, 75mm & 100mm
How to Apply: Wrap spirally with a minimum 55% overlap. For vertical runs, start at the bottom and work upwards. Where space is tight, apply longitudinally along the pipe. Smooth all overlaps down by hand, maintaining a 100mm overlap where one roll meets the next. Please wear suitable gloves during application.
