We work closely with our partner equipment manufacturers to provide only the safest and most reliable parts to protect equipment, which maximises uptime, improved first time fix rates and reduces your equipment’s total cost of ownership.

All orders for UK delivery placed before 5pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.

Orders placed for delivery outside of mainland UK (e.g. Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland) may take longer, please contact us for an exact delivery time.

 

All orders for Northern Ireland we will require an EORI number. You can register for an EORI number free of charge through the UK Gov website, for more information please contact us.

You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees). To qualify for a refund all items must be returned unused and in the original packing.

A refund will be issued once your return has been received and inspected by our returns team.

 

The buyer is responsible for covering the costs of any returns. It is recommended that you use recorded delivery and the items must be suitably packaged for transit.

 

If it is determined that the reason for return is the result of an error made by us we will happily cover the cost of returning the item (Please retain receipt of payment)
