A 4.25" top diameter, with a 4.75" base diameter. Solid glass, together they weigh 4 Lb.  4 oz. Sitting side by side, I noticed they looked a bit off-----So I remeasured, 1 is 1/4" shorter than the other, as seen in side by side, They also react somewhat to black light. I think

this is a sign that they are vintage. Some of the chemicals used back then to make the ruby red. (???) 

Beautiful and quite an eye catcher. They are unmarked as to the manufacturer, and country of origin.
