We cut to size your Swing Gate - You assemble and Install.  The first image is a VERTICAL SLAT gate.  This is a double gate a customer sent us after he assembled and installed, using one of our FLAT PACK, custom size kits.

DIY

- Tell me what height and width of each gate panel

- Tell me colour of slats from our colour range

- Tell me if you want Black or White or Cream or Merbau or Dark grey Frames

- Tell me if you want 0mm, 10mm or 16mm or 40mm gaps between the slats


- Tell me which if the 8 colour slats you want inside the gate frame

For example a typical 1000mm tall and 1420 mm wide gate and supplied in DIY form and 16mm gaps (which still needs assembly by you) would cost around $440 which is around $312 per SQM. 


If you want us to assemble then supply and build is $120 extra.  We do not install at your location and the pickup is from Narangba. (e.g. price above is for 16mm gaps and black slats)

We can supply to suit either horizontal slats or vertical slats. 


What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders of sliding gates

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 2-5mm difference in final size

- These are factory direct prices

- When we quote you slat gaps (0mm, 10mm or 16mm or 40mm) this will be the gap between the slats.  The gap between the first slat and last slate to the frame may not be equal.  This is because we do not cut (or rip) slats long ways.  So if you want the same gap all the way through your gate then ask us for a height close to your needs that divides equal.

- If you buy DIY the tools you would need to build the gate would be a Tek drill, tape measure and a Square.

 

Gate outside frame material is available in:

- Satin Black frame

- Gloss White frame

- Merbau Frame

- Dark Grey Frame

- Cream Frame

- However the slats within the frame can be any of our 8 colours


When cut allow a -5 to +5 tolerance for the size you ask.

* You need to have DIY experience

* Price does not come with any posts - buying the extra roller kit will get you the U-Post and all parts needed to slide

* Heavy Duty alloy 76mm x 76mm posts are available from our warehouse at $30lm

* If buying our 76x76mm posts for the closed Post, the one when the gate receiver goes on then it is $30LM

* Instructions are provided 

* Each install and each home is different.  You may need extra hardware or less hardware.

*At least 2 people needed to install
