What is a Dovetail Mount?

A Dovetail Mount is used to attach accessories to your Seestar. Those include a Red Dot Finder Scope, additional cameras, or anything with a Dovetail Style Mount.

To use, simply press the Dovetail Pro onto your Seestar. Now install your accessory onto the Dovetail Pro and your set!

Bonus! The Dovetail Pro also allows you to attach 2" Filters on your Seestar. Simply screw the filter onto the Dovetail Pro and your set! Warning...Do not overtighten your filter.

Our Dovetail Pro is Custom 3D designed and printed using ABS. ABS is known to be very strong and resilient to temperature changes. ABS is also used in other applications including Toy Building Bricks, Sports Equipment and Automotive components

This does not include the telescope or filter. This only includes the Dovetail Pro.

When you are finished with your viewing session, remember to always remove the Dovetail Pro prior to powering down your telescope. Never power down with it attached!
