Hornby British made SR Schools Class 4-4-0 motorised tender chassis only with olive green wheels and running plate. Strangely has one chrome plated brush spring retention contact plate and one plain copper one, Hornby used both types but not usually on the same loco so one might be a replacement but either way it doesn't prevent the smooth operation of the motor and obviously can't be see when a tender body is fitted. Item is in excellent running condition without any fault that I can see. Originally powered loco no. 936 Charterhouse as part of cat no. R132 produced in 1993/94
