What you need: A working AM radio & an Audio source (smart phone, iPad, tablet, CD player, Mp3 player, etc.)

What you get: One AM transmitter (assembled & ready to use), 9-volt battery, antenna, Bluetooth receiver & 3.5mm aux cable. 

Not a fan of AM broadcast? Little or no AM stations in your area? Transmit your favorite music, radio shows, playlists, or anything else to your old antique tube or vintage radio through your own, in-house, AM radio station! No installation or alterations need to be done to your vintage radio. Simply pair your audio device to the Bluetooth receiver on the AM Transmitter, place it inside or next to your radio, and get ready to transmit to your radio. The transmitter operates on a 9-volt battery, with super-low power consumption. With the decreased number of AM stations available today, this device allows you to listen to whatever you choose, from any paired audio device, without compromising the deep rich tone and warm tube sound from your vintage radio.

If your audio device does not have Bluetooth technology, we do include a 3.5mm audio cable for plug in audio sources.

This is an AM transmitter, not an audio source. It transmits audio to an AM station. Although it may produce a clearer signal, the music you stream through this transmitter is going to sound as well as your AM radio sounds.
