Great watch from Cerruti. It is stainless steel, water resistant to 30 m. Style 642.  Case is 26mm Total length is 8", I have a 6 5/8" wrist and it goes to the last hole and is still a bit snug.   

Needs battery - guaranteed to work.  Normal surface scratches.
