Written by John Byrne Leicester Warren, 3rd Baron de Tabley an English poet, numismatist, botanist and an authority on bookplates.
Illustrated by Charles de Sousy Ricketts, a British artist, illustrator, author and printer, known for his work as a book designer.
CONDITION
In the original full green cloth binding with gilt. Externally, very smart with minor rubbing and light bumping to the extremities. Minor fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with minor age toning to the extremities. Light scattered spotting to the first and last few pages. Contemporary ink inscription to the half title.
