This piece is cool I am not 100% sure if the top actually comes with the base or if they're just add on pieces not really sure doesn't necessarily sit inside of it. Just kind of sits on the top of it. There are no major condition issues like cracks. There are some manufacturing defects around the holes of the flower, frog and a couple marks that you can fill with your finger. One of those marks looks like a manufacture defect almost like a little extra glass on top of it but then it has like a little puncture hole, so it really just looks like poor manufacturing to me . The glow is amazing and I think this will be a cool piece for somebody. The bottom portion is dirty from use.

The pieces of felt 5 1/2 inches wide and it's about 3 1/4 inches tall. Some people mistake. The bottom portion has a fishbowl, so it could be multi use you could actually put some fish in it and some flowers
