SWITCH START REPLACEMENT OR DIRECT TO MAINS:

.If your existing fitting uses magnetic control gear (also known as a switch start ballast) and a starter, the replacement is simple; replace the existing starter with the LED starter provided, then easily remove the existing tube in the fitting and replace with the LED Tube.

.If your existing fitting uses a high frequency electronic ballast with no starter, this will require re-wiring to bypass the ballast so the tube is wired direct to the mains. We would advise this is carried out by a qualified electrician.
