Rare mid-century advertisement lighter for the Black Top Cab company (now renamed Black Top & Checker Cabs) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada It is engraved at the bottom: "JAPAN Penguin HIGH QUALITY "SUPERLATIVE" AUTOMATIC LIGHTER No. 18250", and the fitment is stamped "Penguin."

Good vintage condition. Some scratches and marks on the sides, and a screw is missing at the bottom. It also needs a new flint. Please see photos for condition and contact me before buying if you have any questions.
