Note on battery
The battery has been tested to hold a charge by the actual runtime is not guaranteed. Please note you may receive an extended battery as pictured, or a standard one, depending on what is available when your order is placed. (do not expect the same runtime as a brand new battery). Battery is not covered under warranty due to it is considered a perishable item. Battery is on bottom of laptop and takes just a few seconds to replace. In the event you need a new one they can be purchased on ebay or Amazon for about $20

We go through every part of the laptop and even replace the thermal paste between the processor and heatsink when needed to keep it running cool. All parts are tested and cleaned and anything not in spec is replaced.We stand behind everything we sell. If you have a hardware problem within the 90 day warranty period it will be fixed at no charge. Please see warranty details in the ad to see what is covered and what is not.
These laptop are a few years old and are off lease or retired from business environments, but in great shape with many years of use left in the. Why pay $500 to $1000 for a new one when if all you are going to do is surf the Internet, play some games and write some documents. Laptop is in perfect working order. No dead pixels or screen imperfections. Laptop may have minor surface scratches on lid due to being put in a laptop case over time, but most are hardly noticeable and if they are scratched up too bad we replace them. Same for the palmrest which includes the mouse; if they are worn they are replaced. Any broken parts are replaced.
We have installed many popular software items like an Office Suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more. This Office Suite is fully compatible with all versions of Microsoft Office and you can open and save as Microsoft Office., but is not Microsoft Office. Microsoft office is subscription based now. We use stock photos or actual pcitures for all of our listings, but you will receive the exact same model notebook as pictured.
