DESCRIPTION: Beautiful early antique ambrotype image taken during the Civil War-antebellum period, c1850 - 1865.  Very clear image.  Beautiful ringlet hair, Nice dress & collar.

Nicely cased in excellent full ninth plate case, with original hinge.  Nice design and is in excellent condition. NICE THAT IT IS STILL IN THE SAME FRAME/MAT/CASE THAT IT HAS BEEN IN FOR 170+ YEARS!!!

This ambro has great early mid-1800's subject matter. Hair up in ringlets, etc, a nice seated Civil War/antebellum pose and appearance.

THIS IS A VERY PRETTY YOUNG WOMAN.
