This is a British Guiana Red-Orange Stamp Booklet, issued in 1945-1949.  It's SB 9e, and it is stitched to the left side!

This one here is in Extremely Fine Condition, very clean and beautiful!  It's valued at L90 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue!
