We will use the information exactly as it appears on your shipping label, so please provide the full legal name that matches the photo ID they will present at check-in. This individual and their ID must be present at the time of check-in.
The guest certificate fee is included in your winning bid. If your eBay information is incorrect, or if someone else will be checking in, you must notify the seller before placing your bid. The check-in name must be submitted no later than 20 days prior to travel. Name changes requested after this deadline will be subject to an additional guest certificate fee ranging from $150 - $250. No same day name changes.

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Virginia without regards to conflicts of law principles. Any legal proceeding of any nature brought by either party against the other to enforce any right or obligation under this Agreement, or arising out of any matter pertaining to this Agreement, shall be submitted for trial, without jury, before the state or federal courts located in James City County, Virginia. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
