32mm tube, 304 stainless steel heater coil with welded stainless steel fireguard - great for heating your hot tub or stock tank without  electricity. Great for long-term outdoor use.  Our 32mm tube coils have a 50% greater internal volume than our 25.4mm tube coils.

This coil is good for heating 650 litres to around 1,000 litres, making it ideal for larger oval stocktanks and large outdoor bathtubs.

The heater coil:
  • 6 metres of 1 and 1/4 inch (32mm) stainless 304 steel tube (with a 1.5mm wall)
  • inner diameter - 300mm
  • outer diameter (including the fireguard) - approx. 365mm
  • approx. 270mm (6 coils) high - works well with both wood and charcoal
  • comes with 300mm tails (tail length is measured from the outermost edge of the coil to the end of the tail).

The fireguard:
  • made from 0.9mm stainless steel sheet, 250mm tall
  • fitted and welded around the coil
  • enhances the thermo-syphon effect of the coil, containing the heat of the fire and channeling airflow more effectively.

The heat-resistant hose:
  • 2 x two metres of 32mm, heavy duty, heat-resistant hose
  • can withstand up to 120 degrees centigrade
  • comes unattached to coil for ease of delivery - snug fit but a firm push will attach it to the tails. Stainless steel jubilee clips provided to secure the hose.
The connectors:
  • two threaded brass hose barbs, which plug into the end of the hose
  • two threaded brass bulkhead connectors which screw onto the hose barbs
  • a simple way to attach a heater coil with flexible hose to your hot tub setup.
To use, first attach to your hot tub by using any suitable method. Then build a fire within the coil and allow the hot tub water to heat. Heating time will vary depending on water temperature, ambient temperature and hot tub size - be sure to have a means of checking your water temperature before use and of reducing/extinguishing your fire once that temperature is reached.
