SUGGESTED USE:

1. With clean hands, slowly roll plug into a thin, crease-free cylinder.

2. While compressed, insert contoured end of plug into ear canal. Fitting is easier if outerwear is pulled outwards and upwards during insertion.

3. With fingertips, hold plug in place until it begins to expand.

For noise environments dominated by frequencies below 500Hz the C-weighted environmental noise level should be used. Improper fit of this device will reduce its effectiveness in attenuating noise. Consult the enclosed instructions for proper fit. Although hearing protectors can be recommended for protection against the harmful effects of impulsive noise, the noise Reduction Rating (NRR) is based on the attenuation of continuous noise and may not be inaccurate indicator of the protection attainable against impulsive noise such as gunfire.

Do not cut ear plugs. Use by children should be closely supervised by an adult. Inspect product before use and replace plugs if they are damaged or show signs of wear. Not for prolonged use. Product intended for single user only.

Keep earplugs away from infants and small children as they may get caught in the windpipe and create choking hazard. If you should experience pain or discomfort when using this product, please discontinue use.
