

Hot Tea by The cup*
Heat water to the brink of boiling, 170-175 ºF. Pour 8 oz of water over tea bag. Steep 2 minutes, do not over steep. Remove tea bag from cup. Sweeten if desired.
Iced Tea by The Glass*
Heat water to the brink of boiling, 170-175 ºF. Pour water over two tea bags. Steep 2 minutes, do not over steep. Remove tea bags. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
*Always pour boiled water into heat-resistant cup.
