SUGGESTED USE:

Natural Herb Sachet

(Makes 1 Sachet)

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

1 tsp packed fresh oregano

1 tbsp fresh rosemary

1 tbsp packed fresh parsley

1 bay leaf

1 tsp whole black peppercorns

If You Care Cheesecloth 

If You Care Kitchen Twine 

Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl, then set aside. Cut a 4-6 square inch piece of If You Care Cheesecloth and a 4-inch piece of If You Care Twine. Lay the cheesecloth flat and place the herb mixture on top. Carefully gather all four corners of the Cheesecloth and bunch up until the spices are in a ball. Then tie the Cheesecloth with the piece of Twine and use immediately in the soup or stock of your choice!

*Note: Oven safe up to 450°F / 230°C when properly moistened prior to baking or roasting. Do not use dry.
