These gluten free pancakes are made even better with hidden veggies and a touch of cinnamon. SUGGESTED USE:

Ingredients
5-6 Pancakes​12-15 Pancakes
3/4 cup mixWhole Bag
1/2 cup water1 1/2 cups

Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water.

  1. Mix your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes. 
  2. Heat your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375ºF. 
  3. Lightly Oil the pan or griddle. 
  4. Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle. 
  5. Cook 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown. Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying. 

Want Waffles? 

  • Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 1/2 cup of water, and I tbsp of oil. 
  • Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes. 
  • Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray 
  • Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown.
