SUGGESTED USE:

Sort and rinse before cooking.

Basic Cooking Instructions

Rinse 1 cup soup mix and place in a large pot with 4 cups water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, about 60 minutes. Add vegetables and seasoning as desired, then serve. 

Makes 4 servings.

Green split peas, yellow split peas, barley, lentils, vegetable pasta (semolina wheat flour, spinach powder, tomato powder and/or paprika powder, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), red lentils.
