USPS USA Olympic Winter Games 1992 Albertville France LIMITED EDITION Cover 2694/3000!
A complete set of the 1992 USPS Official Commemorative Souvenir Covers celebrating the XVI Olympic Winter Games in Albertville, France on February 8th through February 23, 1992. The set consist of Five Different Cachet Covers for each of the events depicted on the commemorative issues (Scott Nos. 2611-2615). Each individual cover has the respective athlete's autograph and reflects the respective date of the events. There is also an additional cover for the opening ceremonies with the complete strip of the five stamps released on January 11th, 1992. Each of the six covers has the Olympic Winter Games U.S. Postal Service Cancellations and have been well protected and in immaculate condition. Also included are six official dust covers for each cachet released by the USPS for added protection.
