The Dimension of the Radiator Cap should be: 43mm (Outer diameter) x 16.5mm (Depth).
The pressure value of the new cap should be the same as the old radiator cap.

For 1998 - 2004 Nissan Frontier 2.4L & 3.3L
For 2006 - 2008 Nissan Frontier 2.4L Only (Not for 2.5L & 4.0L)
For 2011 - 2015 Nissan Frontier 2.4L Only (Not for 2.5L & 4.0L)
For 2000 - 2004 Nissan Xterra 2.4L & 3.3L
 
Note:
1.It will be better if you can check with the above chart to make sure if this radiator will fit your vehicle.
2. The radiator cap that has not passed the test can't release the pressure when it reaches the pressure value.
3. The damaged thermostat is unable to carry out a large cycle, resulting in a continuous increase in the radiator pressure.
4. The radiator fan does not turn, resulting in high temperature in the water tank.
5. After loading the product on your vehicle and adding the coolant, tighten the rotary cover and leave your vehicle idling for 10-20 minutes. After completely cooling the coolant, open the cover and fill the product with coolant. Please make sure there is no gas in the product.
6. Before you start up your vehicle, please make sure there is coolant in the radiator.
