Scarce first home game ticket here! On October 15, 1972, fans in the seats were witness to the first professional World Hockey Association game in the city of Winnipeg. The team would last the entire run of the WHA and then be entered into the NHL for the 1979-80 season. The Jets would lose this home opener game by a score of 5-2 to the visiting Alberta Oilers. Stub has a crease but presents very nicely!
