Vintage baby hat, Bee Gee brand, made in Hong Kong, probably around the 1970s, but never used.  Polyester/cotton.  Marked (not very helpfully) as M for medium size.  Measurement round the top of the brim is 17".  Measurement round the edge of the brim is 19".

Condition:  Vintage children's hat, never used and still in lovely condition.
