Betonica officinalis (Latin: Betonica officinalis) is a perennial herbaceous plant; a species of the genus Betonica Of the clear-flowered family. In many sources, the plant is described as Stachis officinalis, or chistets officinalis (Stachys officinalis). It is cultivated as an ornamental flowering plant.
