This is a single sheet from a set of North Wales artist Harry Gee's notebooks from between 1972-1990.

Gee sketched in different mediums, mainly in north Wales, the north of England and central Switzerland. I'll be listing more than a hundred of his works from the last thirty or so years of his life, with a share of the proceeds going to charity.

Many of these are working sketches, on a smaller scale than his full-sized watercolours. I've photographed them next to a tape measure, so you can see each sketch's size. It's difficult to get the colours to match exactly when photographing. I photographed the sketches in natural daylight, but please be understanding of any discrepancies of colour or shade. Please look closely at the photos here to see the medium or mediums used for this sketch. I'm happy to answer any questions. Check also to see if there are any marks, runs, colour note shorthand, any fading, etc. Before buying, please look at all the photos, which do form part of the description, to see the condition of this particular sketch.

This sketch is not framed nor mounted; just the paper, which I'll post flat.

I've noted and taken photos of dates in case you want to buy a sketch as a present for someone whose birthday falls on the date of the sketch.

I'm happy to combine postage if you want to buy more than one sketch. Just get in touch before buying.
